Working Together

Someone asked, “what’s the difference between cooperation and working together?” Another one answered that in the working together there can be no cooperation. Simple but interesting, isn’t? I suppose that answer is right. The difference is put on the way of doing it. Cooperation demands a same purpose from each people, while working together just need a same space and period wherein some people can work together. A cooperation can’t be undertaken without a deep relation and communication. Everyone within a work must know each other in person, at least know who the people is together with him. Each people wanting working together in a cooperated condition firstly is invited to show whoever he/she is so that a foundation of a deep relation can be built based on it. On the contrary, working together means doing something in a same period in the a same space without any personal communication. Some people can work together without communicate each other because a system regulates them and put them into a tight working structure. There is no egality among them and each person regarded based on his/her job.
